Throw the pills away. The sedative properties of some essential oils promotes a better night’s rest when diffused or applied topically before bedtime.

Topical: Dilute with carrier oil and massage into temples, neck + feet.

Spritz: Mix the diluted essential oil blend with water in a spray bottle and lightly mist your bedding.
